Lazy Dayz of Summer

As promised, July was quite busy. I'll see if I can get it all on here...
We went to The Moore's and the Stoke's for the 3rd of July fireworks. Then we had a whole crowd of people over to our house for the fireworks on the 4th. Dad even let me try out my own sparkler. Grandpa was so proud.

On the 5th, after much stress and running around, we bought a tent trailer. We thought that everything we had to go through to get it was as hard as it would get. But it went something like this.... buy the trailer, take it camping, break the trailer, beg the guy and pay him $100 to fix it so we could get home from Oregon, get it home, pay another $200 to really get it fixed. Mom says it was a VERY expensive trailer month. But it is SOOO AWESOME!!!!

Then we went to Tahoe for a week with the Moores. WE played, and played, and rode bikes, and went to the beach, and played, and even played. Oh yeah, we rode the gondola to the top of Heavenly too. Thanks Aunt Leanne and Uncle Scott.

We were home for a couple days before heading to San Diego to hang with Uncle Darrin (Daddy's graveyard partner from his CHP days) I got to go on my first airplane ride. San Diego was so much fun! We went to Sea World, where I got to see Shamu and even meet Elmo! We went to the Air and Space Museum and on the USS Midway. Of course, Dad took us to the Pardes game. He siad we werent aloud to cheer for the though, cause we still don't like them! On our last day, we met Kaylena down by the water and hung out before heading home. It was a great way to end a wounderful summer vacation.

Oh, and I almost forgot, even though Mom really doesn't love paint at school, I talked her into getting me some fingerpaints. (Actually I pulled the box off the shelf and ripped it when she wasn't looking and she had to buy it.) I've loved getting naked and painting this summer. And, I've made some pretty cool masterpieces if I do say so myself.

Now, it is almost time to get back to the grind of our regular schedule. Back to daycare and stuff for me, work for Mom, and Dad, he's just doin the same 'ole thing. We had a great summer together! I hope you've enjoyed yours too...

Summer Finally Arrives...

Finally, Mom is out of school and I get to stay home with her everyday.

We have gotten to do so many new things this summer. Mom says I am much more fun to take to story time, gymnastics, swimming, the library, the park, and playdates than I was last year. I think I have more fun too!
We were lucky to have a pretty cool June. The heat really didn't hit us until the end. Now we are in full 100 degree swing around here! That means LOTS of swimming. My first trips to the pool were a bit sketchy, but I've got the hang of it. I'm blowing bubbles, jumping off the edge, etc. It's GREAT!!!

Right after mommy got out ofschool, we did the Relay for Life. I stayed with Nona while Mom and Dad stayed out there all day. Dad even stayed with Jeremy all night. Our team, Guns & Hoses, raised over $7,000.
After all the hard work we put in at the Relay, Mom and Dad rewarded us with a trip down to another Giants game. We sat in the Club Level for the first time. It was awesome! BunBun and I made it to the end of the game. And, they even won! GO GIANTS!!!!

We celebrated an early Father's Day with Papa with a walk on the Sundial Bridge and a trip to the fair. I got to sit in a CHP car like the one Daddy used to work in, and had a yummy corndog. No rides for me yet, maybe next year.

On Father's day, we took our first trip to the lake. We enjoyed lunch with Grammy and Grandpa, Brandon,Whitnee, and Cadence. It was still too cold to get in, maybe next time.
I've really started accepting my role in this world. I LOVE my beads and bracelets. Mom had to buy me my own so I would stop emptying her jewelry box everyday. Oh, and Dad really loves that when I'm wearing a dress, I love to life it up and show you my belly button. I guess we'll have to work on that!

At the end of the month we borrowed Skip & Dora's tent trailer and joined the Stoke family on Oregon for a wonderful camping trip at Joseph Stewart State Park. It was so much fun. I see lots of camping in our future. Especially since Mom and Dad rushed on home to buy a tent trailer of our own.

July should be a very fun month ahead. We have lots of trips planned, so I will have a lot of updates the next time you hear from me. Enjoy the heat, I think it's finally here to stay!

Long Time, No See....

So time got away from us and we failed to post for the past couple months..... So SORRY!
In April, I got to celebrate my second Easter. Last year, Easter was my very first holiday. I was much more into my Easter basket and egg finding this year.

Mommy and Daddy decided that I had way too many toys to fit in my little room. So, they finished the office and made it into a big girl room for me. I love it, and I love playing in there with all of my stuff! My Nona made those awesome trees for me...

My food habits are becoming very interesting. Sometimes I like this, sometimes I like that, sometimes I eat with a spoon, sometimes I don't... Oh and I had an allergy test too. I'm not allergic to Gluten! Still no milk for me, but I get to return to my Italian roots and finally eat some spaghetti!!!

Oh yeah, Have I mentioned how much I like to watch the Giants with my Daddy??? GO GIANTS!!!

Daddy has started me on a strict FTO program. I'm learning to properly feed the dogs, and water the yard. They just have to make sure that I don't feed myself too!

At the end of April, we went with Grammy and Grandpa down to Modesto for Regan's wedding. I got to stay in a hotel, it was a lot of fun. Wasn't she a beautiful bride???

In May we had everyone over for Mother's day. Here we are posing infront of the flag Nana made on our wall.

Mom and dad put up a small fence to block off part the yard just for me. NO DOGS ALLOWED!!! which thankfully means no poop! It looks a little like a daycare with a playhouse, ride on cars, a water table, and the latest addition, the little tykes 8 in 1 playground. (a steal we found on our way out of town for Sarah and Jeremy's wedding.)

At 9:10 am 0n May 25th Auntie Jess finally popped and we welcomed my newest cousin Tristen Lee Franks. He was 6lbs. 15oz & 19in.
On May 29th we went to Charleston, OR for Sarah and Jeremy's wedding. It was so pretty and we had fun playing, dancing, and staying in a giant cabin with all our family.

Now it is June, and Mommy is off work for a couple months. Hopefully she has her stuff together enough so that I can keep you updated. We have lots of fun stuff planned this summer!!

Bring on Spring!

I am "SO BIG," now. I can do lots of tricks on command. Mommy and Daddy love making me do such silly things. I'm such a good girl, they know they are lucky! hahaha... March was great! Lots of Family, Friends, and Sunshine!

I'm such a lucky girl, I got lots of cool things for my birthday this year. Our backyard is looking a little like a daycare with the table, playhouse, bikes, etc. But I love to play out there, and Mommy says it's good to get some fresh air and sunshine.

Sunshine means trips to the park. I'm actually fun to take to the park now that I can walk around and play, and I don't put everything in my mouth! Me and Aiden can really tear it up!

Someone at Daddy's work had the bright idea to do Mustache March. Doesn't he look funny???

We took another trip to Roseville to visit my friend Peyton. We went to the zoo this time. It was really neat to see all the animals. Mom remembered her camera this time too, so we actually got some pictures. Peyton is a big 2 year old, so she shows me the ropes around places like that.

Nana finally finished the Mosaic wall in my back yard, isn't is AWESOME?

Spring definitely hit this month. All of the flowers bloomed and the weather was perfect. Yes, mom has been obsessed with her new camera, I told dad not to get that thing. Every nice day, she puts me in dress and makes me go outside so she can "practice." I'm so cute, it must be pretty hard for her to mess it up.

I'M GETTING A NEW ROOM! Mommy says it is her way of getting Daddy to finish the floor in the last room of the house. But, who cares cause it means I get a bigger room. It is going to be decorated like a sunny spring day with trees and flowers. I can't wait. hopefully I will have pics for the next post. Mom says if she an light the fire it should get done. Anywho, mom is finally gonna get rid of that UGLY Chair So she took me out to get some last pics on it.

Mommy had both me and Cadence the other morning and she decided that she would take some pictures of us at the Arboretum. After chasing us around with Nona Cheryl she finally got some good shots. And, she decided that twins are really exhausting. I think she will be sending some of those leash things to Teresa and Tyler for when Hailey and Hunter start walking!

We're getting ready for my second Easter! I even got to dye eggs this year. Mom found this cool spinner that you put the eggs and dye into. All I had to do was push the button and laugh while it spun and out popped the Awesome eggs!

Cadence turned 1 on the 31st! We had pizza and then a Minnie Mouse Party in the park. Welcome to the 1 club cuz!!
